Independent ServiceNow architectureNorth West England, UK

A ServiceNow architect you can actually ring.

Implementation, consultancy and support from one senior person who knows your platform, not a rota. Alchemist Connect reads your instance every day and stores none of it, so nothing is quietly rediscovered.

02What I do

Build it, then hold it.

Most platforms that need a standing day have just been implemented and have nobody in post to run them. These three are in the order they usually happen, and the same person does all of it.

01
Implementation

ITSM, CSM and the platform underneath them.

Built on the base rather than around it. Foundation data first, then the processes, then the catalogue people will actually use. Fixed price, quoted per engagement. The same person designs it, builds it and picks up the phone afterwards - which is the point, because a platform with nobody in post to run it is the usual reason a Bridge follows.

02
Consult

A week of days, directed by you.

Five days for £4,750, taken as a block and spent in the order you set. Architecture reviews, upgrade planning, integration design and the awkward question of what to undo. No assessment needed first, which makes it the cheapest way to find out whether we work well together.

03
Bridge

A fixed day a week, and the platform watched between.

£5,500 a month for six months: a named day in your diary at £900, plus cover. Incidents, requests and development all come out of the same day. If I built the platform there is no assessment to run first. Twelve months at two days a week is the Run.

03Alchemist Connect

It reads your ServiceNow every day. It keeps none of it.

One console, every instance you own, read live and every day. All seven tools are on, because the console is the tooling I work with rather than something you licence. What is read, what is never copied out, and the screens themselves are on the Connect page.

Watches
Find out from us, not from a user.Health checks round the clock. Incidents raised on your own instance, into your own assignment group.
Audits
Know what your platform actually is.Nine audits, a findings register that tells open, fixed and regressed apart, and every page opening with the answer before the working.
Improves
Evidence for your backlog, if you want it.Findings ranked into work you can commission, or leave. Store apps and plugins kept current. Then it watches again.
Your instance's health
Your instance's health. Every signal on your instance, judged against its own thresholds, with the reading behind each one. A signal that could not be read says so; it is never shown as green. The figures are made up; nothing here is a client's.
04The package

One day a week, every week, for six months.

A named day in your diary with a ServiceNow architect on it. Incidents, requests and development all come out of the same day, and the platform is watched in between. Full terms, response times and the onboarding assessment are on the packages page.

£5,500

The Bridge, a month at a time.

£33,000 over 6 months, 26 days, one a week. That is £900 a day plus cover, against a rate card of £950 for days bought as they arise. Or the Run: twelve months at two days a week, and the day comes down again. The build-up is on the packages page.

What is included
  • A fixed day, every week in my diary the way it would be in an employee's
  • Incidents, requests and development all out of the same day, with nothing reclassified to avoid a bill
  • Health checks round the clock incidents raised on your own instance (Ward)
  • Nine audits and a findings register where open, fixed and regressed are three different states (Distil)
  • Diagnosis, never charged to your days working out what is wrong is included, always
  • Four business hours when production is down whatever day of the week it is
  • A written platform report every month, by somebody who read it
  • Production plus two instances each further environment a flat monthly fee
Two extras, if you need them

Priced separately, because not everybody wants them.

Conduit carries tickets both ways to a partner who is not on ServiceNow, and I run the link between you. £450 a month per partner.

Vault is the change ledger: what changed, when, and by whom, with plain English answers. £350 a month.

Everything else Alchemist Connect does is included. It is the tooling the service is delivered with, not a licence you buy.

It starts with the onboarding assessment, £2,500 once. Free if I built your instance.
